Description
Women’s Health EOR Review, Rebuilt for the New GSR Exam
Women’s Health is becoming the Gynecologic, Sexual, and Reproductive Health (GSR) EOR — and the exam underneath the new name has been completely reorganized. The PAtopia GSR / Women’s Health EOR Review gives you 5 full-length practice exams (600 board-style questions with detailed explanations) plus a complete 11-chapter study library, all weighted to the PAEA GSR EOR blueprint.
What Is the Gynecologic, Sexual, and Reproductive Health Exam?
The Gynecologic, Sexual, and Reproductive Health End of Rotation™ exam is administered by PA programs at the end of the clinical rotation. It contains 120 multiple-choice questions — 100 scored and 20 unscored pretest items — with a two-hour time limit. Questions span the full blueprint, including task areas like diagnosis, diagnostic studies, clinical therapeutics, and clinical intervention.
Updated for the 2026 PAEA Blueprint
PAEA publishes new versions of the EOR exams on July 27, 2026, and GSR is the most thorough reorganization of the six: the old gynecology/obstetrics split is gone, replaced by content areas built around anatomy and life stage. Prenatal care and pregnancy leads at 20%, and three genuinely new areas — fertility management (10%), sexual health & development (10%), and psychiatric/behavioral health (6%) — together account for 26% of the exam. A resource still organized around the old gyn/OB split will leave you with gaps. Our questions and study library are organized around the updated blueprint, so your study time is distributed the way the exam actually is. For the full percentage-by-percentage table, see our 2026 EOR blueprint breakdown.

Why PAtopia for the GSR / Women’s Health EOR?
This course was written by Jeremy Boroff, MPAS, PA-C — a practicing emergency medicine PA with 24 years of clinical experience, more than 20 years as an APC Director of an emergency department, the author of Gynecologic, Sexual, and Reproductive Health End of Rotation (EOR) Exam Review, and the founder of PAtopia and CME Review Courses. Every question is written the way the exam actually tests: vignette-first, blueprint-weighted, and explained down to why each distractor is wrong.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many questions are on the exam?
120 multiple-choice questions: 100 scored and 20 unscored pretest items, with a two-hour limit.
Is the Women’s Health EOR being discontinued?
No — it is being renamed to Gynecologic, Sexual, and Reproductive Health (GSR) on July 27, 2026, and substantially restructured. Legacy Women’s Health exams remain available for administration through July 2027.
What is the biggest topic on the GSR EOR?
Prenatal care and pregnancy — 20% of the exam under the 2026 blueprint — followed by uterine/cervix at 12%.
How should I study for the GSR / Women’s Health EOR?
Practice questions weighted to the new blueprint are the highest-yield method — and organization matters more here than on any other exam. Study by the new anatomical areas, and give the three new categories (fertility management, sexual health & development, and behavioral health) dedicated time; together they are a quarter of the exam.
Is this course updated for the 2026 blueprint changes?
Yes. PAEA’s new GSR EOR publishes July 27, 2026, and this review is aligned to the updated content and task areas. Programs may still administer the legacy exam through July 2027 — the content overlap is substantial, so this review prepares you for either version.
