PAtopia for Your Entire PA Class
The PAtopia Program License gives every student in one matriculating PA class full PAtopia All-Access for 27 months — the same term a student gets buying individually, and long enough to carry a cohort from the start of the didactic year through their PANCE attempt. One license, one invoice, no renewal in the middle of the clinical year.
What every student gets
Each enrolled student receives the complete PAtopia library: 15 full-length PANCE practice exams (4,500 questions, blueprint-weighted across all NCCPA content areas), 35 End of Rotation exams covering all seven rotations (Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Psychiatry/Behavioral Health, Surgery and Women’s Health), 5 full-length PACKRAT exams, 5 full-length End of Curriculum exams, and the study library — more than 11,000 questions and 60 full-length exams in all. Every student also gets the PAtopia OSCE Patient: 40 AI standardized-patient stations across every rotation, with examiner scoring and model performances, up to ten encounters a day, so the whole class can rehearse clinical-skills exams without scheduling a single standardized-patient actor. Every question carries a detailed rationale and references. The quiz engine lets students skip ahead and jump to any question, highlight the question stem, flag items, pick up where they left off on any device, and see whether they are on track to pass. PAtopia runs in any browser on a phone, tablet or laptop, with nothing to install.

Every licensed student also gets the full PAtopia flashcard library: a spaced-repetition set for every exam, built from each question bank and organized by blueprint content area (PANCE 2,008 · PACKRAT 457 · EOC 505 · seven EOR sets 2,134). Students study ten minutes a day on their phone, and their progress saves to their account.
Faculty see it too. The faculty dashboard and each student’s report show flashcard activity by exam (current streak, days studied, cards studied and mastered), so you can tell who is keeping up between practice exams.

Individually, All-Access is $229.99 per student, and the courses it bundles (PANCE, all 7 EORs, EOC, PACKRAT and the OSCE Patient) would cost $469.95 bought one at a time. Under the program license a student costs roughly $94–$125, so a class of 40 saves $5,450 against individual All-Access passes and $15,048 against buying the courses separately; a class of 60 saves $7,799 and $22,197. The per-student figures above use the top of each band; smaller cohorts inside a band pay a little more per student.
Only a few students need help?
If you are remediating a handful of students after a failed End of Rotation exam or a low PACKRAT score, the PAtopia Remediation Pack provides 5 named seats for $999 or 10 for $1,799, with the same faculty report. A pack purchase is credited toward a Program License bought within 12 months.
How it works

- Each student receives their own named login with full All-Access. Access runs 27 months from activation.
Each license covers one matriculating class. Each incoming class is licensed separately. Logins are individual and are not shared codes, so access stays with your students.
