AAPA Category 1 CME for Practicing PAs — and Exam Prep for PA Students

CME Review Courses is two programs under one roof. For practicing PAs, we offer a 14-module program of AAPA Category 1 CME — cited board-style question banks, expert-led lecture video, and full PANRE and PANRE-LA preparation, with the option to bundle an Amazon or Apple gift card with any purchase. For PA students, our PAtopia section is built entirely around the standardized exams PA programs test you on. Everything is self-paced, and every CME package includes 30 months of access.

The Complete CME Program — AAPA Category 1 CME Credits

The CME Review Courses program has been reviewed and is accepted for up to 468.75 AAPA Category 1 CME credits over 14 separate modules  by the AAPA Review Panel (Activity CME-2016187, valid 8-26-2026 to 8-26-2027). That figure covers the entire 14-module program. Each module is sold separately, and each purchase awards only that module’s credits — so you can take exactly the modules that fit your practice and your recertification cycle.

Across the full program: 4,720 board-style questions with referenced explanations, more than 36 hours of lecture video, and ten full-length practice exams.

Recertification & Board Review

• PANRE Review Course — up to 100 AAPA Category 1 CME credits. Five full-length practice exams at 240 questions each (1,200 total) plus the complete PANRE Study Library.
• PANRE-LA Review Course — up to 100 credits. Five full-length exams at 240 questions each (1,200 total) plus the PANRE-LA Study Library, built for the longitudinal assessment pathway.

Specialty CME Modules

Every specialty module includes 200 PANCE/PANRE-style multiple-choice questions with referenced explanations, plus expert-led lecture video:

• Emergency Medicine — 25 credits (5 hours of video)
• Family Medicine — 25 credits (5 hours)
• Pediatrics — 25 credits (5 hours)
• Internal Medicine — 24.5 credits (4 hours 30 minutes)
• Urgent Care — 24.5 credits (4 hours 30 minutes)
• Cardiology — 23 credits (3 hours)
• Psychiatry & Behavioral Health — 22.5 credits (2 hours 30 minutes)
• OB/GYN — 22 credits (2 hours)
• Dermatology — 21.75 credits (1 hour 45 minutes)
• Neurology — 21.5 credits (1 hour 30 minutes)
• Orthopedics — 21.5 credits (1 hour 30 minutes)

Pharmacology

• Pharmacology CME Review — 12.5 credits. A 120-question pharmacology bank plus 30 minutes of focused lecture video.

Each module is completed online at your own pace. To earn credit, score 70% or better on the module post-test and complete the activity evaluation; your certificate is issued as soon as you finish. PAs may claim these credits with NCCPA. Physicians should claim this activity as Category 2 CME.
