What Is the Physician Assistant End of Curriculum (EOC) Exam?
The End of Curriculum exam is a standardized assessment developed by the Physician Assistant Education Association (PAEA) and delivered in the final four months of PA school. It contains 300 vignette-style questions (250 scored) covering every organ system and task area, and most PA programs use it as a summative check of medical knowledge before graduation. Is the EOC exam the same as the PANCE?
