Premium adds the complete PANCE video lecture library: thirteen narrated organ-system lectures, one per NCCPA content area, recorded from the same blueprint the question bank is weighted to. Each lecture works through that system’s high-yield conditions — how the patient presents, how to nail the diagnosis, how to manage it — and ends by sending you into that system’s practice questions and flashcards. The lectures play inside the PAtopia web app on your phone or laptop, save where you stop, and pick up on any device.
Every lecture is included with All-Access Premium, PANCE Premium and every PA-program seat (Program License and Remediation Pack). The standard All-Access Premium ($229.99) does not include video.
13 PACKRAT Video Lectures — 9 h 51 min (Premium)
All-Access Premium also includes the complete PACKRAT video library: 13 narrated lectures, 9 hours 51 minutes in all, one per PAEA PACKRAT content area in blueprint order from Cardiology (14% of the exam) down to Hematology (5%), plus a cross-category Infectious Diseases lecture. Each is built from the PAEA PACKRAT Blueprint (2025 update) and topic list — the same outline the PACKRAT question bank is weighted to — and hands off to that category’s topic checklist, practice questions and flashcards.
Both libraries — the 13 PANCE organ-system lectures and the 13 PACKRAT content-area lectures, 20 h 55 min of video — are included with All-Access Premium and with every seat on a PA Program License or Remediation Pack. The EOC library is the organ-system lectures in an End of Curriculum edition: the same teaching as the PANCE library, opened and closed against the PAEA EOC blueprint. All-Access Premium includes all three libraries — PANCE, PACKRAT and EOC — and so does every seat on a PA Program License or Remediation Pack.
