Privacy Policy — IM EOR Review

Effective date: 06/16/2026  App: Internal Medicine EOR Review  Provider: Jeremy Boroff  (“we,” “us,” “our”) Contact: info@cmereviewcourses.com

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information the App does and does not collect, how it is used, and your choices. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

Summary

  • The App does not require an account, name, email, or login.
  • Your study progress (questions attempted, correct answers, and your selected answers) is stored only on your device. We do not transmit it to us or to any server.
  • Purchases are processed by Apple; we never receive or store your payment card details.
  • The App does not currently include third-party advertising or tracking, and does not sell your data.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. None is required. The App has no sign-up, login, or profile, and does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or location.

Study data stored on your device. To power the progress and analytics features, the App saves your quiz activity — such as how many questions you attempted, how many you answered correctly, your selected answers, and per-topic and per-exam performance — using your device’s local storage. This information remains on your device and is not sent to us.

Purchases. In-app purchases (individual exams, the topic library, and the All-Access bundle) are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Apple processes your payment and manages entitlements/restore. We do not receive your payment card number or billing details. Apple’s handling of your information is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Diagnostics. If you choose to share crash or usage diagnostics with developers through your device settings, Apple may provide us with aggregated, non-identifying diagnostic reports. You can control this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

Analytics

The App contains an internal analytics framework used to understand feature usage (for example, which screens are opened or when an exam is completed). In the current version, these events are not transmitted off your device and are used only locally to display your progress. If a future version integrates a third-party analytics service, we will update this policy to describe what is collected and provide applicable opt-out information before that data leaves your device.

How We Use Information

  • To calculate and display your study progress, scores, and weak areas.
  • To remember your answers so you can resume where you left off.
  • To deliver and restore your in-app purchases (via Apple).
  • To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the App.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion

Your study data is stored locally on your device for as long as the App is installed. You can clear it at any time using Progress → Reset all progress within the App, or by deleting the App, which removes locally stored data from your device. Purchase records are maintained by Apple and can be restored on your devices using “Restore Purchases.”

Sharing and Third Parties

  • Apple: processes purchases and app distribution (subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy).
  • We do not share your information with any other third parties, except where required by law.

Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for physician assistant students and other adult learners. It is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Because the App does not collect personal information on our servers, the primary way to exercise these rights is to manage or delete the locally stored data on your device as described above. For any questions or requests, contact us at [INSERT CONTACT EMAIL].

Security

We rely on the security protections of Apple’s platform and your device (including device passcode/encryption). No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but because study data stays on your device and we do not operate servers that store your personal information, the exposure of your data to us is minimal.

Medical Disclaimer

The App is an educational study aid for exam preparation. It does not provide medical advice and does not replace clinical judgment, official PAEA materials, or current clinical guidelines.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, through the App or App Store listing. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
