Summary

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from you. The App has no accounts or logins, contains no advertising, and includes no third-party analytics or tracking. Your study progress stays only on your device.

None. The App does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, location, contacts, or device identifiers, and it does not transmit any usage data to us.

Information Stored on Your Device

To make the App work, certain information is stored locally on your device only and is not sent to us or to any third party:

 

  • Your study progress (questions answered and answered correctly, scores, accuracy, flagged questions, last position in an exam, and topics you’ve viewed).

 

This information never leaves your device. If you delete the App, this information is removed.

Purchases

The App offers optional one-time in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details or Apple ID. Apple’s handling of your purchase information is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). The App reads only your purchase entitlement status from Apple in order to unlock the content you bought, and to restore purchases you request.

Links to Other Websites

The App contains links to third-party websites (for example, publishers and guideline organizations referenced in citations). If you tap a link, you will leave the App and visit a site we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites; please review their privacy policies.

Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for health-professions students and adult learners. It is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. Because the App collects no personal information from anyone, none is collected from children.

Data Security

Because we do not collect or transmit your personal information, there is no personal data held by us to be exposed. Information stored on your device is protected by your device’s own security features.

Your Choices

  • You can reset your on-device progress at any time within the App (Progress tab).
  • You can remove all locally stored information by deleting the App.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
