PANCE and PANRE serve different purposes.

Clopidogrel provides additional platelet inhibition as part of dual antiplatelet therapy for acute STEMI management when PCI is planned. Warfarin is not the immediate antithrombotic choice for STEMI. Digoxin and furosemide do not treat the acute coronary occlusion. Amiodarone is reserved for selected arrhythmias, not routine initial STEMI management.
The point of a PANRE review question is not only to identify the correct drug. You should also connect the presentation, ECG findings, emergency treatment sequence, contraindications, and definitive management. That is the type of integrated reasoning required across a broad recertification review.
