This Privacy Policy explains how the Family Medicine EOR Review app (“the App,” “we,” “us”) handles information. We have designed the App to collect as little information as possible.
SUMMARY
The App does not require an account, does not ask for your name or email, and does not track you. Your study progress is stored only on your device. Purchases are handled by Apple.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We do not collect personally identifiable information. The App has no login, no registration, and does not request personal details.
– Study data stored on your device: Your exam answers, scores, flagged questions, and last-viewed position are saved locally on your device so you can resume and track progress. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. Deleting the App removes this data.
– Purchases: In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment card details. Apple may provide us with anonymous, aggregated sales information. Apple’s handling of your purchase is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
– Anonymous usage analytics (optional): If enabled in Settings (“Share anonymous analytics”), the App may record non-identifying usage events (for example, that an exam was started or completed) to help us improve the App. These events do not include your name, contact information, or any health information about you, and are not used to identify you. You can turn this off at any time in the App under More > Share anonymous analytics.
INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT
– We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.
– We do not collect or store any personal health information about you.
– We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for advertising.
– The App does not display third-party advertising.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Any information described above is used solely to provide app functionality (saving your progress on your device) and, if you opt in, to understand general usage so we can improve the App. We do not use information for advertising or profiling.
DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Study progress is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. Because we do not operate user accounts or a personal-data server, there is no personal profile for us to expose. Any optional analytics are limited to anonymous, non-identifying app-usage events.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The App is intended for health-professions students and clinicians and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
YOUR CHOICES
– Turn anonymous analytics on or off under More > Share anonymous analytics.
– Delete all local progress within the App (More > Reset all progress), or by deleting the App from your device.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App uses Apple’s App Store / StoreKit for purchases. Apple’s use of information is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy. The App does not integrate third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

The App is an educational study aid for exam preparation. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by PAEA. Always verify clinical information against current guidelines.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
