We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information the App does and does not collect.

Summary

GSR EOR Prep is a study app. We do not collect, sell, or share any personal information. The App has no user accounts and no login. Your study activity stays on your device.

Information we do NOT collect

  • We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or contact list.
  • We do not collect your location.
  • We do not use third-party advertising, marketing, or tracking SDKs.
  • We do not track you across other apps or websites.

Information stored on your device

To make the App work, the following is stored locally on your device only (using standard iOS storage) and is not transmitted to us:

  • Your quiz progress, scores, and answer history.
  • Questions you have flagged for review.
  • Your settings and preferences (for example, the analytics toggle and onboarding status).

This information remains on your device and is removed if you delete the App or reset progress within the App (Settings → Reset all progress & flags).

Usage analytics

The App includes a lightweight, on-device analytics feature that records anonymous usage events (for example, “exam started” or “topic viewed”) to help understand which features are used. In this version of the App, these events are processed on your device only and are not sent to us or any third party. You can turn this feature off at any time in Settings → Privacy → Share anonymous usage analytics. The events contain no personal information and no health information about you.

If a future version sends anonymous analytics to a service provider, we will update this policy and the App’s App Store privacy details before doing so.

Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple’s handling of your purchase and account information is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). The App only records, on your device, which content you have unlocked.

Children’s privacy

The App is intended for healthcare students and clinicians and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will address it.

Medical disclaimer

The App is an educational study aid only. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment or current clinical guidelines.

Data security

Because your information stays on your device and we do not operate servers that store your personal data, your data is protected by your device’s own security (such as your passcode and device encryption).

Your choices

  • Turn analytics on or off in Settings.
  • Reset all locally stored progress and flags in Settings.
  • Delete the App to remove all locally stored information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, within the App or its App Store listing.
